Jute - the golden fibre - is a naturally occurring fibre that is 100% bio degradable and hence eco friendly. Jute has a silky luster, low extensibility, and high tensile strength. Food grade jute is extensively used for packaging sugar in sugar factories.

Mamata Agency is a major supplier of 'A' class twills gunny bags (i.e. food grade gunny bags) used for packaging of food items, especially sugar.
