Sun-Arch UPVC Multilayer Roofing Sheets
   
 

This is the first of its kind plant in India to manufacture this product. European countries and other developed countries have been using only this kind of roofing sheets. Since it is made from PVC, being light weight, easy to install, UV resistant, having high Impact strength under all weather conditions.

The Product is non corrosive, non-carcinogenic & acid- alkali resistant. The main advantage of our product over other roofing sheets is that, it maintains the inner space temperature very well.
 
 
  • Top PVC layer - protective layer contains UV stabilising agents and very high light-fastness pigments.
  • Middle PVC layer - Contains PVC compound with carbon fiber giving to the material high rigidity, and improved strength.
  • Bottom PVC Layer - is made of white pigments for good lighting effect in shed.

Product Profile
» Sun Arch UPVC plant has started a production of 3 layer UPVC roofing sheets as a new generation product in the field of roofing sheets with the fulfillment of all those scarcities prevailing in the conventional sheets. Sun-Arch UPVC multilayer roofing sheets are available in two different profiles with different colours.
» Sun-Arch 3 layer UPVC sheets gives solutions with improved heat insulation & good sound insulation over single layer UPVC sheets.
» Length of the UPVC sheets is available as per customer requirement for 2 mm thick UPVC sheet.
» For 1 mm thick sheet, length available is 2 mtr, 2.5, 3 and 3.66 mtr.
» Width of the sheet is an internationality standard one that is 1130mm.
» Thicknesses of the UPVC sheets are available in 1, 2, 2.5, & 3mm.
» For 1 mm thick UPVC sheet, Purlin distance should be kept 60 cm.
» For 2 mm thick UPVC sheet, Purlin distance should be kept 1 Mtr.
» Chemical Resistance
  • Sun-arch roofing material has an excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, solutions thus becoming an absolute corrosion proof material.
» Sound Insulation Property
  • Sun-arch roofing material provides an excellent protection from the disturbances of external sounds and noise.
  • Because of high sound insulation property, Sun-Arch roofing gives the best solution against the hail noise.
» Fire Resistance
  • Sun-Arch roofing material belongs to the non combustible and non explosive group of construction materials.
  • Sun-Arch roofing is made of UPVC material and PVC itself has a property of self extinguishing.
» Strength capicity
  • Load bearing Tests have shown high load bearing capacity of the Sun-Arch roofing material to install and maintain.
